The good life consists in deriving happiness by using your signature strengths every day in the main realms of living. The meaningful life adds one more component: using these same strengths to forward knowledge, power or goodness. - Martin Seligman

Begin
Ask yourself the questions below. Take your time.
1
What were my wins this year (this season)?
List as many as you want.
2
What were my “learns” (let-downs/losses)?
List one and then answer each question about it:
What didn’t work and why?
What were the blockers?
What’s the lesson life could be trying to teach me?
What changes could I make in my life? What difference would it make if I made those changes?
…Now, write a 2nd or 3rd other “learns” and answer the same questions above.
3
What are my goals?
What would be the most meaningful aim for me to pursue?
1 – Write your first Aim.
(what you want)
Example: Be more energetic.
2- Write a specific Goal.
(what you will do habitually to make progress towards your Aim)
Example: Take the stairs every other day.
3- Write a specific Milestone.
(a tangible outcome you will experience if you reach your Aim)
Example: I take the kids to the waterpark on the 4th of July.
