About

Amy helps people know themselves and their strengths so they can shape their career with intention.

Strengths Assessment

Do you know what you do best? She works with you to identify the strengths that shape your natural patterns of thinking, feeling and behaving, starting with Gallup’s Clifton Strengths assessment.

Presenting

You will gain a deeper understanding of your key strengths and identify concrete experiences in which they have shown up and you will learn how to confidently and specifically speak about yourself. This will help you feel at ease and stand out when in an interview, meeting new people and potential employers, and speaking in public.

Improve Work Performance

You will uncover how your strengths add value, and how they may be limiting your ability to work with others. You will learn to leverage your strengths and manage potential blind spots. You’ll be aware of how others differ from you in terms of strengths and minimize the misunderstandings and conflicts that these differences create.
